Mr. Gregerson has handled a variety of cases since he began the practice of law, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, personal injury cases, employment discrimination, contract disputes, family law, franchise disputes, evictions, and criminal cases.
Prior to joining PEARSON, BUTLER, CARSON & COOK, Mr. Gregerson opened his own law firm in order to provide the personalized service to his clients that he saw missing at many other firms.
Mr. Gregerson worked as the Chief Prosecutor for the City of South Salt Lake. As Chief Prosecutor, Mr. Gregerson handled a high number of criminal matters, including DUIs, domestic violence, and minor drug related offenses. He also clerked for the West Valley City Prosecutor’s Office; for a property tax firm in Dallas, Texas; and for the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Ryan also worked for two years as a clerk at the West Valley Justice Court.
Mr. Gregerson graduated from Baylor Law School, which is ranked in the top ten for litigation schools nationally. Ryan took 2nd Place at the George Washington University Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
