Len Carson is a partner at Pearson, Butler, Carson & Cook, PLLC.

Mr. Carson puts his particular focus on corporate and consumer bankruptcy, business workouts, real estate law, business entities and general practice law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carson was the owner and founder of Absolute Title Insurance Agency, a business that provided a full range of real estate title and escrow services.  Additionally, he was the owner and founder of Carson Steed, a law firm specializing in Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Business Entities, Taxation and Estate Planning.

Mr. Carson’s additional legal experience includes working as an attorney at Mann Hadfield & Thorne where he served as the Brigham City Prosecuting Attorney and City Attorney.  He worked as an associate at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson and at Callister Nebeker McCullough as an associate transactional attorney, drafting contract provisions for commercial leases and business sales and purchases, performing legal research, working as part of a team on complicated real estate matters.  Mr. Carson graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
